BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Weekly bookings are from Saturday arrival between 3pm to the following Saturday departure between 10am – 12 NOON (To facilitate cleaning etc)
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit £50.00 by check
Or by credit or debit card via our web site, www.thegardenhouse.netfirms.com.

This can be used as the damage bond of £50.00, this will be returned at the end of your stay as long as no damage to furnishings or building.
Booking deposit non refundable in the event of cancellation
The number of persons stated on the booking form must not be exceeded without the Proprietor’s permission.
All cottages and their contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition Breakage and damage will be charged.
The Proprietors will not be responsible for any loss of valuables or property left behind.

Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome. You are advised to bring a pet basket with bedding and a throw to protect furniture. Any additional cleaning, pet hairs, walls covered with dirt from dogs shaking etc this will necessitate an additional cleaning fee of £20 from your damage bond at the end of your stay.
