The cottage lies 850 meters above sea level. In the house there are 8-9 beds in 2 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bubble jet and one with sauna and washing machine. Both of them have electric heated floors. In the kitchen you find stove, refrigerator with freezer part, micro and all kind of equipment you need. In the house you also find a big living room with eating table with room for at least 8 persons, big sofa and open fireplace. Outside the house you find a veranda under roof along 1½ side of the cottage. From the veranda you have a lovely view over the surrounding mountains and the valley.
10 km away you find a small town called Trysil where you can find food store, restaurants, pubs, bank, post office, souvenir shops, tourist office and many other shops. The river that floats pass Trysil is a very good river for fishing and other water-activities. The distance to Oslo is 210 kilometres and is situated southwest of Trysil.

From the cottage you can walk right out on to the mountain and close to the cottage you can go swimming, go fishing, go riding, go canoeing, go rafting, go climbing and much more.
We rent out the house between 1/5-30/11.
