Our Villa is a classic building, 70 m from the sandy beach, in the Main Square and promenade area of the village.
It offers spacious family accomondation consisting of 3 comfortable self-catering furnished houses with garden, 2 of which are on the Ground Floor and the third one is on the First Floor respectively.
The Ground Floor Self-Catering Furnished House consist of: 2 big bedrooms with 2 single beds each one and air condition, 1 private bathroom with shower and WC, 1 private big kitchen fully equipped, 1 big hall at the entrance, 1 private large terrace, satellite TV.
The property has been made with the best construction standards. Villa La Passione has wonderfully surrounding, excellent climate and enough free space. Also, has big windows - with insects protection- in order to have all the day plenty of sun inside.
The Ground Floor Houses of our Villa offers silence at the day and also in the night and at the same time it offers easy access of commercial and entertainment places, such as supermarkets, shops, banks, medical office, pharmacy, summer cinema and also restaurants and all night bars of the village.
