If you like your own space and privacy, but still want to be close to all amenities and activities Orchard View will provide the ideal base for you. Overlooking the kiwi fruit orchard, with pine forest to the rear, the cottage is situated on 8 hectares of land consisting of orchard, pasture, native bush and riverside.
The comfortable cottage comprises a well equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster etc., a lounge/dining area with satellite TV and a large, sunny deck furnished with gas BBQ, table and chairs for outdoor living.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two single bunk beds. A portacot is available on request and there is a double sofa bed in the living area. The cottage has a large shower, separate w.c. and vanity area.
Just 45 minutes drive from Nelson airport and 12-15kms to the beaches of Kiteriteri and Marahau and the Abel Tasman National Park.

A short stroll will bring you to the Riwaka river where you can fish for trout or the larger Motueka river is just 10 minutes away. Nearby activities include sea kayaking, wind surfing, horse riding, golf, tennis and more.
Explore the Abel Tasman National Park, or simply relax on the deck and listen to the native birdsong and enjoy the view. Other local attractions include handicraft and wine trails, markets, cafe's and restaurants.
At Orchard View there are dogs, horses, cats, calves, lambs, ducks and free range hens, plus bell birds, tuis and fantails.

Although seasonal prices are listed, these are open to negotiation, depending on length of stay, time of year etc. High season from mid Dec-End of Feb.
All school and public holidays charged at the high season rate ($120 NZD).
Low season rate $90 NZD. 2 night minimum stay.
Deposit is 25% of total cost.
