This bungalow is situated on a plot of 3800 square metre in one of the most beautiful and preserved sceneries in Denmark - Rødhus in the Northern Jutland. The plot is very undulating with up to 10 metres difference in level.
The bungalow was erected in 1997. It is made of wood and other enviromental beneficial materials. No bricks. The interior and all funiture is kept in bright colors.
The size of the bungalow is of 97 square metres divided in two levels with a kitchen, a bathroom, a large dining-room and 2 small rooms in the ground floor. On the upper floor, to witch there is access by a stair case from the dining-room, is a bedroom and a living room. From both levels you have view to the Jammerbugten/the North Sea through landscape windows.
In the dinning-room is a wood burning stove with glass doors. The stove is covered with soapstone witch makes the stove able to give heat long after the fire has gone out. You have to provide the wood yourself.
The kitchen contains anything needed in a daily household including service for 12 persons. There is also an electric cooker, a range hood, a micro wawe, a coffee machine and a refrigirator with freezer.
A TV set with satellite dish and a stereo set is also present.
There is only 400 meters to the beach, witch is of the same high quality as other famous beaches along the Western coast, but less overcrowded. It is possible to drive your car along the beach.
The house is for 6 people maximum and pets are not allowed. The tenant brings along bed linen, towels and dish towels and is expected to take care of cleaning the house before departure. See more information about it´s occupied at
