2 private bathrooms plus access to the wellness area. The ground floor houses the sauna , whirlpool, shower, toilet and lounging area. First floor has a toilet and sink. Master bathroom is on the second floor with a two person shower, whirlpool, toilet and double sink.

Livingroom is equipped with large screen TV (digiSat), DVD player (code free), music system, fast internet connection (ADSL with wireless ?hotspot?) and telephone.

The balcony gives views to the mountains, at night the 12th century Unspunnen-ruin is lit. A century old cherry tree stands in the garden.

Kitchen is bright, as it has a sliding glass door towards back garden. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining. Equipped with new quality appliances - microwave, 4 plate glass stove with oven, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. Kitchen towels and basic spices included. Plates, glasses and cutlery for 10 people.

We have a bakery, cheese and milk store, bank, tourist information center, ski & bike rental, drugstore, post office, gas station, train station, food market, variety of restaurants and a local mill museum. The historical 12th century Unspunnen castle ruins can be seen from your balcony and bedrooms. Over 20 natural spring water fountains with refreshing drinking water throughout the village give a peaceful background sound. Signs are posted at various points of interest detailing Wilderswils cultural history. There are 30 km of hiking paths and 120 km of mountain biking trails starting right here .Rock climbing enthusiasts have the local climbing garden, with over 30 routes at all levels of difficulty. Bookings, downpayment

You can contact us and book via mail, telephone, fax or email.

We will need from you: name and home address, number of guests, exact time period and contact information.

Your booking is finalized upon receival of your downpayment only.

After this you will receive a written booking confirmation via mail or email.or fax.

Therefore we recommend making your downpayment as early as possible.

Downpayment is 50% of the total price or max. CHF 2000.-

The remaining sum has to be payed off on the day of your arrival.



Payment methods

We accept payments in CHF, US$ and EURO (daily rates apply).

Downpayment can be done either by creditcard (visa, master) or via bankwire.

Online payment (internet) is not possible yet.

Payment of the remaining sum is in cash or creditcard (visa, master) only.

For the additional costs adding up during your stay, you will receive a detailed invoice

for immediate payment on the day of your departure.



Cancellation fees

Should you for any reasons have to cancel your booking, following conditions apply:

Cancellation up to 60 days before booked date: 100% refund of downpayment (minus CHF 150.- cancellation fee)

Cancellation up to 30 days before booked date: 50% refund of downpayment

Cancellation 1-29 days before booked date: no refund of downpayment

We recommend you sign up for trip cancellation insurance with your local insurance agent.
