Check-In Time - 3:00 pm Check-Out Time - 12:00 PM (Noon)

IMPORTANT: The security deposit must be recieved 12 Days prior to arrival by check or money order to reserve condo. The Rental fees, Cleaning fee can be paid by check or money order 10 days prior to arrival or by cash at the condo upon arrival.
-A Cleaning fee of $30 is also charged.
-The Security Deposit is $150 and is returned after stay with no damage.

-No Smoking Inside and No Pets Allowed.
