Our weekly rates run from $800-$2200 depending on the season. We also offer daily rates (minimum 3 night stay) and monthly rates between October-March.

In addition to rental fees, there is a 11% lodgings tax applied to rental fees only, a $200 refundable security deposit, $25 processing fee, and a $95 cleaning fee.
