Arca is a spacious, luxury villa set in a tropical landscape with view over the beautiful bay of Falmouth in the south coast of Antigua. Located on the hillside to catch the breeze, it's surrounded by a large garden completely fenced.
The villa consists of two independent levels: in the main upper level there are four bedrooms (two double and two twins) each with ensuite bathroom and ceiling fans, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and an outside dining area.
In the lower level there is an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a studio, a living room with fully equipped open kitchen and air conditioned.
Close to the beautiful private swimming pool there is a gazebo and BBQ zone, excellent rest and dining area
