Payment Policy:

Total charges include room charges and taxes.
Rates are subject to change until a signed copy of the confirmation is returned to Villa Oud Lagoen. (Telecopied signatures are valid)
Any incidental charges such as laundry service, beauty treatments, massage treatments, babysitting, additional cleaning, or surcharges will be handled directly between guests and the property.
All changes and in-house extensions to existing reservations must be coordinated through Oud Lagoen Villas by contacting us through e-mail.


Cancellation Policy:

Oud Lagoen Villas must have full payment for all reservations. Reservations are refundable up to 31 days prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled in side of 31 days are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any changes to a reservation must be made within these time frames and are subject to availability. Additional policies include:

Cancellations must be made in writing, and e-mailed us.
No Shows are subject to full payment penalty.
There are no refunds for early departure.
Cancellations 31 days prior to arrival date are subject to a one room night and tax cancellation fee.
Cancellations made inside of 31 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
In the event that the original property becomes unavailable, Villa Oud Lagoen shall provide the guest with an alternative accommodation of equal or greater value at an alternative location.
