The cottage is located close to (and is part of) the medieval village of Callas. Callas is a few kilometers from Bargemon, 10km East of Draguignan, 30km North of St.Tropez, 25km Northwest of Frejus/St.Raphael. From the St.Tropez/Draguignan exit off the A8, it is a 15 minute drive.
There is a significant commercial area between Draguignan and Trans-en-Pce which is a 7-10 minute drive away without having to drive through the centre of Draguignan. Quick direct access for every amenity you may require during your visit (Restaurants, Carrefour (2), InterSport, Lidl, LeaderPrice, etc.)
It is completely south facing, with a dominant sun-drenched position over neighbouring properties, all of which are at least 2500m2. The cottage itself is located on 3250m2. The view is dominated by vineyards and wooded hillsides.
It is renovated complete with city water, electricity, hot water; full kitchen with large fridge/freezer, four element stove and full oven; bathroom with full bathtub, washing machine; 1 click-clack (2persons), and 1 fold-up bed (1person) in a single room + bathroom arrangement, covering ~32m2.
