Wonderful sunny beach villa with private garden, only 20 km from Athens centre. Rafina Port nearby so Greek Islands within easy reach. Ideal for those who wish to enjoy a cultural holiday together with a relaxing beach holiday.

This villa is made up of two apartments. The main apartment, on the second and third floors, sleeps 5 persons and can be rented either alone or with the first floor apartment if more room is required. Both together sleep 9 persons. The first floor apartment is not rented out on its own.

The main apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen with electric oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge/freezer electric kettle and table and chairs for up to 10. The lounge has an open fireplace, Sat TV, video, DVD and CD/radio player and ample comfortable seating. You'll find an elegant dining area, wc and store-room on this level. A marble staircase leads from the garden to the entrance where you'll find a large balcony. The kitchen and the dining area both have balconies. An indoor spiral staircase leads to the third floor where you'll find two bedrooms, one with an ocean view and two single beds and one with bunkbeds. Both bedrooms have balconies. A roll-away-bed provides extra sleeping for 1 and can be used anywhere in the house. On this floor you'll also find a full bathroom and a store-room. An outdoor marble stairway leads to the roof terrace where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a view of the Aegean Sea and mountains.

The first floor apartment has three bedrooms, one with two singles and two with a single each, a full bathroom, lounge with Sat TV and a kitchen with electric oven, grill and electric kettle. This appartment sleeps 4 persons.

You'll find a washing machine and clothes drier in a building in the garden. The garden (550 sq)is fenced in, child friendly and private with ample garden furniture and a barbecue and stone oven. There is secure parking space within the grounds.

The villa is situated in Loutsa, a lively little Greek coastal town with a small harbour for private boats. You'll be 10 minutes easy walk from sandy beach where the crystal clear waters invite you to swim, surf, snorkel, water ski, sail fish etc. The water is shallow for quite a way out so child and non swimmer friendly. During the evenings or the cooler season enjoy a stroll along the beach and admire the view .- you can see right to Evia. The beach is never over crowded, not even in summer.

In Loutsa you'll find beach side cafes, restaurants, boutiques, a traditional market to browse around and there's an open air cinema showing all the latest films in English. Discover the friendly Greek taverns along the coast road which all serve traditional Greek food for very reasonable prices. Bars, clubs and discos liven up the nights for those who wish to dance the night away. Loutsa is open all year round - nothing closes in the winter season so all year visiting can be enjoyed.

A bakers, supermarket and other small shops are 5 to 10 minutes walk away.

From Rafina, 5 km away, the ferries sail to several of the Greek Islands. Day trips to Mykonos, Andros and Evia are offered. The coastline abounds with picturesque small towns and secluded spots to swim and sunbathe.

Athens, 20 km away, is easy to reach with bus/metro. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the villa. Athens is not only rich in Greek history but offers traditional markets, exclusive shops, parks, restaurants of all kinds, galleries, exhibitons, concerts, museums etc. Athens has something for everybody all year round.

Other wonderful trips include Corinth, Mycene, Napflio. Epiduaros, Marathon, Cape Sounion, Delphi and many more. A tour of Peleponese is unforgettable.

Athens airport is 30 mintues drive with hire car or taxi but we do offer airport transport.
