This nice studio was recently renewed and is located in fornt of the Botanical Garden, a few meters from one of the most important points in the city, where you can find transportation to to reach quick and comfortably any place in Buenos Aires. Its just between Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho.

It has two 1.10 m sommiers, wooden floors, table, chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and a set of dishes for four people. The bathroom has a bathtube. Also, it has a beautiful patio with tables and chairs. The building has security 24 hours a day.
