A beautiful renovated "adega" (wine store), decorated with many original details and everyone's dream: quite location with breathtaking sea view, large grounds with subtropical fruits that guests can also pick and a good standard with tasteful decoration. The dining room is decorated with many interesting tools once used in the wine press in by whale fishermen. A wood staircase leads leads to the above open floor with the living and sleeping areas.
The stone house is located on a slope, 150 m from the ocean and from the natural swimming pool, in the village of Praínha. Village centre and shopping facilities are 300 m, restaurants 500 m, Madalena 32 km and the airport 25 km distant.
The house has a living area of 36 m², consisting of a twin bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with TV, stereo, open fire place, electric heaters, wash machine and refrigerator. Its own grounds of 1400 m² include a terrace with BBQ. There are 2 mountain bikes for guests' use.
