Rates:
Stays are for a minimum of two nights
Less than a week: U$S 60 per night
One to three weeks: U$S 250 per week
One month or more: U$S 700 per month

Your $USD 500 deposit can be paid upon arrival, and is refunded when you leave the apartment in the same it was in when you arrived. We accept online payments prior to arrival or cash payments upon arrival. In order to reserve the apartment, a 50% deposit is payable.
