Spaview Napier can be rented for US$430 per night (NZD$600 p/n) A deposit A minimum of 2 nights per stay is required.
A maximum of 6 guests per night.
Housekeeping every third day is included in the price. Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional NZ$100 per service.
Rates are valid to October 2008.
Wireless Broadband internet access and local phone calls are free of charge.
All other telephone calls will be charged to your credit card following your departure.

Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival will incur a booking fee of NZ$250.00
Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card.
Check in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement.
