The Villa has four spacious double bedrooms on the first floor, and two bathroom/WC facilities. All four have access to balconies.

The basement houses the fitness, recreation and entertainment areas. It consists of GYM, sauna with capacity for 6 , bathroom/WC. In addition there is a spacious cinema lounge, equipped with top of the range home theatre audio & video system. In addition it has direct cable TV and internet connections enabling viewing of sporting events and concerts.

The 3rd floor contains 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, sitting room and lounge, 2 bathroom/WC.

The rooftop sun-deck terrace has 260 degrees of breath-taking views not only of the sea and bay of Varna, but also of the nearby Franga mountain. Here one can enjoy the panoramic views from the comfort of the spacious jacuzzi, the bar & TV corner or the seating/chill-out area, while sipping a chilled drink.
