Villa Sole is located on a quiet residential street in the Alen Mak / Kabakum villa district between the summer resorts of St. Constantine and Golden Sands. A mere mile from each of the resorts and 8 km from Varna city centre the villa is conveniently located for recreational activities as well as shopping and airport transfers. The nearest beach is a walking distance from the villa (10min).

The proximity to the city of Varna and the elaborate tourism infrastructure of the surrounding resorts, provide a great variety of recreational and sports persuits. Local activities include diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding, go-carting, jet skiing.
