This elegantly imposing single storey villa is located on Lower Carlton ridge and boasts a 180 degree spectacular ocean view of the west coast of the island, whilst surrounded by extensive well maintained tropical gardens.

The inviting Infinity swimming pool has an expansive relaxing sun terrace offering a selection of comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing while enjoying the Ocean views.

* Sleeps 8 in 4 spacious fully Air conditioned bedrooms with 3 1/2 Bathrooms.

The master bedroom boasts sea views, a king size bed and an imposing en suite columned bathroom with double vanity unit, dressing table area, large cast iron bath and a spacious marble shower.

* Each bedroom has a fridge, TV with cable channels, digital safe, phone, Ceiling fans and speakers linked to the main music system throughout the house if desired.

The impressive entrance hall has wonderful views straight through to the West Coast Ocean and leads directly into a spacious and elegantly furnished main lounge with quiet area.

The veranda hosts the Formal Dining Area and seats 8 around a beautiful round glass table overlooking the Infinity pool and sun terrace area onto the Caribbean Sea.

Amenities

Extensively equipped fitted marble kitchen, with an 8 seating dining table, a 40inch plasma flat screen with DVD and a surround sound multi disc CD player stereo system which can be heard throughout the entire house and supports speakers on the veranda which project music on to the terrace.

* The Entire ground level house is centrally air conditioned

*Office equipped with fax machine, colour printer, scanner and high speed wireless internet access.

*Security system, with automatic entry gates and monitor

There is a private 1 bedroom Suite / Studio beneath the Infinity pool with a bathroom and kitchenette area. These facilities are where 2 staff would reside and provide the services of House Keeper and Laundress. (Cook if Required)

When a tentative reservation is received from you, we will hold this space between 2 - 3 weeks from the date of booking. During this time, we request a 25% deposit by date advised in order to confirm the booking. Divine Travel Consultants reserves the right to release/cancel the reservation should the deposit not be received in our office by the specified date.

N.B. If a booking is made at the last minute or is less than one month away, full and final payment must be received in our office prior to the client’s arrival.

On receipt of the deposit, we will confirm the booking and forward our receipt and our invoice showing the balance of the rental.

Payment for the balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to your clients’ arrival in winter and 30 days prior to arrival in summer. We will confirm receipt of final payment of this booking by forwarding our receipt to you.

The reservation must include the villa booked, name and address of guest, arrival and departure dates, flight details, children ages where applicable, food and transfer requirements.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

A security deposit of US$500 is required for each booking, this deposit is left either with the wholesaler/travel agent or in the case of a direct booking, with Divine Travel Consutants. This deposit is held for a minimum of four weeks after the clients departure from the villa. Our office is on call 24 hours per day, with calls after business hours automatically answered and the caller referred to the duty Manager. You will be visited regularly by our staff who will be happy to assist you in various arrangements to ensure your stay in Barbados is enjoyable. We have been in the business for more than a five years, during which time our business has grown through the patronage of people like yourself.
