It is a unique property that because of it's design, is available as a 2 bedroom / 2 bath villa or you can include one or more of the attached guest rooms to become a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom villa each with private bath. Capable of fitting up to 14 persons. The guest rooms can also be rented individually as they have their own separate entrance. In the back patio you will find the nice pool with a bbq and dive area. Very conveniently located, close to groceries, restaurants shopping centers, and at 15-min walk to the beach. This villa also has a hot water heater unlike other home in Aruba.

STUDIO C: is a very nice spacious studio with AC , marble bathroom with bidet, toilet and bath tub, queen, kitchenette, cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, telephone for local usage, . Blender and Iron on request.
STUDIO D: is a very nice studio upstairs for a nice view. It has separate small kitchen , with microwave, toaster, bathroom, 2 full size beds, cable TV, refrigerator, telephone for local usage and safe. Blender and Iron on request.
