This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa in the residential area of Sunset Crest in Holetown is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends sharing. All bedrooms are air conditioned as is the living area. The large front and back patios have ceiling fans.
The villa is just a quick 5 minute walk from all the amenities and pool facilities and beach access.

Holetown has supermarkest, shops, banks, ATMs, restaurants, bars, cafes, doctor's office, post office.

Pool facilities are available at Baku Club as well as beach access. All types of water sports are readily available including water skiing and scuba diving.

A deposit is required for confirmation of the reservation. In summer, 3 nights, in winter 5 nights. The deposit is done by bank wire transfer and full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival in summer and 45 days prior to arrival in the winter.
Once confirmed should the reservation be cancelled within 28 days in summer and 30 day in winter the deposit is retained as the cancellation fee.
