A new ground floor apartment of a two storey building, bordering Los Altos and La Florida, on the outskirts of Torrevieja. The one double bedroom and twin bedded room sleeps 4 people. The lounge/diner is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The south facing apartment has a sheltered porch and patio area with furniture. There is off road parking and a communal pool.

Alicante airport is 50 kms, approximately 40 minutes drive.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required with the balance being paid 8 weeks before departure. If booking within 8 weeks full payment is required.

An additional security deposit of £100 is required with the balance, which is refunded in full when the keys are returned, subject to there being no damage and no excess cleaning required.
